How does Level One Model Work?
Level One Model offers anonymous browsers (“Visitors”) the opportunity to learn more about Level One Model and Visitors who register with Level One Model (“Users”, and collectively with Visitors, “you” and “your”) the opportunity to learn more about Level One Model and to submit an application to us through the website to list themselves on the Level One Model database. By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of your information by Level One Model as described herein. Level One Model reserves the right to change how we handle the information we collect through the website at any time. Level One Model will update this Privacy Policy to reflect any changes in our privacy collection and handling practices, and will indicate that changes to this Privacy Policy have been made by listing a new date at the end of this Privacy Policy. Such changes will take effect immediately after being posted to the Website.
What type of information does Level One Model collect how does it use it?
Level One Model does not require you to provide us with any personal information in order to browse the website. However, in order to submit an application to Level One Model, Users must provide us with certain personal information, including (without limitation) (i) a User´s name, address, telephone number and email address, (ii) photographs of Users (collectively, “Contributions”).
Level One Model will not collect any personal information from you other than through the website. In the event that you submit your personal information to us, we will use such personal information for internal purposes and for contacting you about events and media related to Level One Models and its affiliate and associates´ activities; Level One Model may release such personal information to third parties if we believe such release is necessary to comply with the law (e.g., a statutory requirement for disclosure or a court order), to apply or enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or property, if we reasonably believe that a danger to any person requires disclosure of such personal information, or as part of a corporate reorganization, consolidation, merger, or sale of substantially all the assets of Level One Model.
Additionally, we use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. These return email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not sold to or shared with outside parties.
Level One Model also may, from time to time and without notice, use your personal information to enable authorised or approved modelling agencies, photographers, bookers, scouts and the like to search Level One Model database of users.
Please keep in mind that portions of the Contributions contained in your application may be made publicly viewable on the website by us. Do not submit any Contributions to the website that you do not want publicly available.
What other information does Level One Model collect?
Level One Model may also collect anonymous and aggregate information from you about your preferences in navigating the Level One Model website by using cookies, action tags and the like.

Level One Model may, from time to time, provide links to other websites or resources of possible interest to you. As Level One Model has no control over unaffiliated websites to which we provide links, the collection and use of your personal information by such websites shall be subject to the particular policies and procedures of each specific website and not to this Privacy Policy.
